The following are the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") on which the relationship between PLUS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS S.A.C. (hereinafter, "PlusTechs") identified with R.U.C. N° 20544294874, domiciled in Jr. Saco Oliveros 171 Of. 2001, Santa Beatriz, Lima, Peru. and any person who uses PlusTechs services (hereinafter, the "User") will be based.
Any person who does not accept these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory and binding, must refrain from using PlusTechs services.
At the time of registration, Users must expressly and unequivocally accept the Terms and Conditions.

Application usage

You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to use our application. You may not use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of our application.

Account registration

To use the application, you must register and create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and update your registration information in a timely manner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your account or password with any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Ordering process

The application allows you to order from partner restaurants. The application is not responsible for the quality of the food delivered by the restaurants. The application reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Prices and availability of food may vary.

Payments

Payment for orders can be made using Yape, Plin, credit and/or debit card and Cash or others, according to the restaurant. The application uses a secure and reliable payment gateway. The application does not store payment information, such as credit card numbers. The total price of orders includes the cost of food and applicable taxes.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled only if the restaurant has not yet processed the order, to request the cancellation and refund of the order you must contact the restaurant directly. The application will not refund payments of any kind, because the money collected is sent directly to the restaurant's accounts.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content and associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of PlusTechs and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, transmit, display, publish, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written consent.

Modifications of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions, you must stop using our application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason without notice. You agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund if your account is suspended or terminated.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.
